The Excel Function of the month is

RANDBETWEEN

Description

Returns a random number between two numbers that you specify.

Usage

The RANDBETWEEN function request two parameters : A beginning number and an ending number. An integer will then be generated randomly in the cell. Note that every time any cell in the worksheet is modified, the random number is changed again automatically.
