Mobile app development using Thunkable

I have started playing around with an online application called Thunkable. It’s an online platform for making mobile applications and uses block coding. It’s very easy to learn and especially easy to create apps that you can put on your phone immediately and use.

It supports Android and iOS although the interfaces for coding are a little bit different. I prefer the Android one though!

It’s a great way of implementing the basics of coding and it’s amazing to see how far one can go with this simple but powerful interface.

This is great for Grade 10 IT students as well as for CAT students if they want some extra inspiration.

Here are some source code screenshots from my “tapping” app I made (available for free in the Google Play store).
