The philosophy of the Tech Teachers web site is sharing and collaboration! The more teachers share with each other, the more we all benefit. I am very grateful to teachers who make available their resources that they create for others to also use. It helps the new, inexperienced teacher find their feet and gives the teacher whose been around the block a new set of resources to use!

File naming convention – IMPORTANT!


It is important to name your file correctly so that teachers can find what they’re looking for and that the filename makes sense.

This is the expected file-naming convention:

SUBJECT-GRADE-ITEM_TYPE-DATE-TEACHER

Here are a few examples:

CAT-GR10-TEST-TERM1-2014-HAINS.ZIP

CAT-GR11-TEST-NETWORKING-2014-HAINS.ZIP

CAT_GR12_FINAL-PRAC-EXAM_2014_HAINS.ZIP

Please don’t leave out your SURNAME or DATE at the end, it helps to differentiate the files and combats duplicates.
